Once the first lab members have joined, we will create a collaborative lab values document.
I want to create a lab group where each member’s identity is respected and valued, and one in which everyone feels supported to dream big, make mistakes, and do great things.
What I expect from lab members: Do your best to build useful tools and do illuminating science. Record and publish your findings so that your tools can be used and your science can be replicated. Treat your labmates with respect, and respect their work by doing your part to keep the lab running smoothly.
What lab members can expect from me: I will help with all the steps of your project and remove administrative and practical barriers to your progress. I will work with you to enable your desired next step in your career (and the next one, and the next one, as needed).
